So my good friend Kirti Dwivedi of Diya Marketing asked me last week if I wanted to go head to head with a battle of epic proportions:
“Herbivore V Carnivore” at Bryan’s Black Mountain BBQ
Of course, I responded with an emphatic “YES!”
She and I’ll be heading north this afternoon to sample some of Chef/Owner Bryan Dooley’s awesome smoky food selections.
Dooley may in fact be the only meat master I know of who has also perfected vegetarian dishes and serves them in his hoppin’ BBQ joint.
We’ll be live tweeting about our experience and filming what is sure to be an award winning documentary. *ahem*
