As I perused the Twitter feed this evening, I came across a link to a video that I could not ignore.
“Cheeseburger Cocktail” it said. I was immediately intrigued.
I clicked the link and was instantly mesmerized by Dallas Mixologist, Sly Cosmopolous (yes, her real name!) and this crazy ground beef infused rum.
She shakes the rum over ice, and floats a lettuce, onion jello shot over the top. She adds cheese and pickles to complete this madness.
Seems “Carnivorous Cocktails” are coming to a bar near me?
