Last Friday night I had a blast cooking for the Staff Meal at Petite Maison in Scottsdale. My award winning BBQ started at 8 AM that day and we left at 11 PM. It was a long day, but I think there were many satisfied customers. Special thanks to Rick Phillips of Eateraz.com for these awesome photos!
