I can’t recall a media appearance in recent history that was as much fun as “The Meat Show” last Saturday, January 22.
Jan D’ Atri had me back for the 4th time as a guest, and this time she let me quasi-produce the show. Guests included Frank Garrow from Whole Foods Markets, Chef de Cuisine at Cafe ZuZu Sean Currid and Chef/Owner Bryan Dooley from Bryan’s BBQ.
