Eric grew up in Minnesota and got his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University and worked in television and radio for a number of years in central Minnesota. After getting out of the media world he went to work for Mayo Clinic, which eventually brought him to Arizona in 1998. While working fulltime for Mayo in Arizona, Eric earned his M.B.A. and used those new skills in a leadership role while working there before leaving to go into business with a fellow graduate student and starting a marketing firm that specializes in small businesses.
Eric joined the Knife and Fork Media Group in May of 2014 and brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience, along with over a decade of marketing and event production experience to the team. His role at Knife and Fork has him focused on market research, project planning and execution and media event liaison. Customer service is Eric’s focus and he makes sure each client gets the personalized service they deserve to help ensure success.
In his spare time Eric enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events in the Valley and vacationing with his wife. He’s still a big Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan and tries to attend games when both are in town playing the Arizona teams. Eric loves golf because, “It’s the closest game to life you can play. Sometimes good shots take a bad bounce and sometimes bad shots take a good bounce, either way, you have to play it as it lies.”
