Tonight was epic. A battle of cheese. And noodles.
It was by far one of the most fun events I have had the pleasure of coordinating.
Lots of mac was eaten; to the point of being stuffed! I had some of my personal faves–but was really impressed with everyone’s efforts.
2 Highlights: The look on Sean Currid’s face when he was presented w/ the Macaroni Crown and the fact our Twitter hashtag #mnct2010 was a trending topic in Phoenix tonight. Good times.
